The cleaning service coincides with your next scheduled rubbish collection (subject to availability), please note we only clean the bins when they are empty. You will receive an email from our bookings team to schedule your appointment within 48 hours of purchase, please note our emails occasionally go into the junk folder.

They are very dependable. I also found once you instruct them of your exact requirements you do not need to repeat yourself, they take note of what is required.
I found their staff to be pleasant and trustworthy. The quality of cleaning is excellent, simply pristine. They did a spectacular job. The booking process was very smooth via their website and they were very punctual and thorough.
Along the way they kept updating me and sending informative standardised messages which also gave me the impression that they were very systematic and well organised.
